DETAILS

Hawa is a wearable piece of art. It is designed, handcrafted, and shipped directly by the artist themselves.

Visually, it draws inspiration from butterfly and dragonfly wings, morphing them together to create iridescent ones that hug and wrap around the body. The braided ties allow the wearer to adjust the fit and tightness exactly to their liking.

AVAILABILITY

Production will be carried out in batches of extremely limited quantities. This is a limited edition item and only 24 Hawa tops will be available for purchase in total. If the product has been marked as ‘Out Of Stock’, please check the artist’s socials for announcements on when the next batch is getting released. If it has been marked as ‘Sold Out’, then no more batches will be released.

Due to limited capacity, Hawa is available only in size S.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be shipped. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been placed, and another one with a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Shipping is calculated separately.

With the limited nature of production and a lot of work going into each top, please note that all sales are final and non-refundable.

Shipping is currently available only to UK customers. If you live outside of the UK and are interested in making a purchase, please get in touch at the email address listed below.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Hawa is a delicate garment, as it involves an organza fabric that contains loose threads by nature as well as raw denim edges. As such, it is highly recommended to hand wash only and to let it air dry flat. You may then wish to use an iron on the lowest temperature setting to remove any wrinkles, particularly along the edges of the wings.

Overtime, the raw denim edges will naturally result in some loose threads. Simply trim off the excess as necessary. This is particularly important to do after the first wash - although somewhat tedious, it will make a big impact on the overall appearance (think of it as Hawa’s first haircut).

Please note that there will be minor variations in the floral pattern placement. Great care is taken to work with the organza and to drape the pattern pieces when crafting each Hawa top to ensure the highest quality.

FABRIC COMPOSITION

Body: blue denim (100% cotton), floral organza (100% polyester), blue chambray (100% cotton), pink lining (100% polyester)
